If your wedding was anything like mine, then when you think about it, it will all seem a blur. A big, colourful, happy, joyful, singing, dancing, drinking, and toasting blur, but a blur none-the-less. Thankfully I have a wonderful album of photos to remember it more clearly. The cake gets cut up and eaten. The music evaporates into the ether. The flowers will be taken home and wither. The photos though are how you will remember it all. Especially the bride and groom since they are the center of it all, caroming and bouncing all over the place to say ‘hi’ to auntie so-and-so and take some pictures with uncle-whats-his-name. You are so busy enjoying yourself you have little time to soak it all in. The best advice I ever got from a wedding planner was to spend the most I could afford on the wedding photographer. Still to this day my wife and I look back through our wedding album and marvel at the instances he caught and framed so nicely. We will always be young, happy, and in love, in those photos.
