Who would have thought that a friendship that has lasted since the second grade would turn into something ‘Deliciously Yours’! Growing up together and later realizing our shared interest in making delicious sweets, we formed Deliciously Yours Wedding Cakes so that people from all walks of life could experience what we do best!
About Sara: Sara Maseko is co-founder and partner of Deliciously Yours Cakes. She began baking and decorating at a young age, taught and guided by her mother. She took up making wedding cakes as an answer to a friend looking for a cake on a budget. From here she became known by family and friends as the cake decorator for all special occasions.
Sara has a Bachelors of Business Administration and currently is employed as an accountant, studying to attain her Chartered Accountant designation. When not working or baking, Sara uses her free-time to spend with close family and friends. She also plays the piano, enjoys traveling and loves to try new dining experiences.
About Jzabela: Jzabela (pronounced “Izabela”) De Paz is co-founder and partner of Deliciously Yours Cakes. Having grown up with a mother and grandmother who baked regularly, Jzabela always found herself in the middle of the scene licking batter off a spatula (still does it to this day!) or helping decorate cookies and cakes. Jzabela first joined Sara in the business simply by assisting her with a cake for a family wedding and the rest, you could say, is history!
Jzabela is currently a stay at home mom to a beautiful 2 1/2 year old girl while maintaining the DYC web site and keeping her home from being turned upside down. Previous to her bundle of joy, she worked at a community pharmacy creating specialized medicated preparations.
